this is INSANE! (and another fan-fic)

As in awesome by the way.
Just putting that out there so don't think that "insane" is bad. (You know, like you should go to a mental hospital or something, not that.)

At the moment I am listening to Sierra playing a Legend of Zelda song on the harp. Only other person in the world (ok, besides my teacher) who plays harp. And she's good!
Ok, understatement there. She is amazing. Watch it here. No one can tell you messed up (well, I'm not sure about one string about 3/4 way through but it's hard to tell, really!). It's one of those things where no one thinks you messed up until you say so. So after a concert (or talent show in my case) when people congratulate you, might not want to say it's wasn't perfect because it sounds like it was to them.

So, that was one thing that was INSANE. Let's move on to #2.

It's new years eve and it's 10:05. INSANE.

#3: my dad did this combustion thing on the computer and freed up 8 or so gb's of free space. Know what time it is then? Wizard101 time!
Though I barely did anything, I was still on which made me INSANELY happy. First I accidentally turned Fallon (my storm alt and heroin in GWB) into a snowman.

Swim!

Whoops.
=P
So then I hung out in Wysteria. I was mostly just listening to the music (there's a harp part in there fyi) when a level 27 Sorcerer comes up to me and asks for help. I was bored so I helped him. He needed help with getting the Spiral Cup back from the goblin dude. Then after he talked to Chester Droors then he asked if I wanted to go to his wedding.

O.O

I politely declined because this was just INSANE (the other kind there. It's a virtual game people! I don't mean to be mean but I find it rather odd when you get married or date someone in a game!). Show of hands girls, who has gotten asked out? By a total weirdo? Yeah, INSANE (again, the other kind)! But he was still nice and I helped him out and bit more. I mean no offense but he was going for health in his cloths. I would say defense (no wonder he kept dying when fighting Randolf Spellshine).

Anyway

#4: a new fan-fic.

* GASP! * "Emma how could you start ANOTHER fan-fic when you haven't even finished editing part one of GWB!?"

I know I know. But you see, perfectly good explanation here.
1) my dad is always on my laptop.
2) I'm able to get on wizard101 again. So I do so.
3) Thanks to wonderful Wysteria (sarcasm) and it's unique music (not sarcasm) I was inspired to write a story called School of Shadow. Here's a bluby type thing.

Everyone knows of the seven schools: Balance, Storm, Fire, Ice, Death, Myth, and Life. Everyone knows of the Astral Schools: Moon, Sun, and Stars. Everyone knows of the renames of the Pigswick Academy schools: Equilibrium, Tempest, Ember, Frost, Earth, Chaos, and Spirit.
But there is one school that has been forgotten for reasons unknown to wizards and other Spiral folk. A school of legend, a school of mist, a school of shadow.
A school teaching dangerous and complex magic. A school where one learns to cheat the ways of other school’s magic. To bend the rules. To say in truth the falsehood of other’s magic.
It not a school for the weak minded. Those looking to goof off. For those trying something new. To learn in this school you must do three things.
First, you must live in solitude for a long time. Learn the game of the wild. Learn to become what you are not. Know the ways of things that other’s have not seen.
Second, you must tell all your truths and all you lies to a trapped spirit in a crystal. You must reveal everything about you. The bad, who you hate, bad things you did, lies you have told. The good, who you love, good things you have, the beauty you see sometimes.
And third, after you have accomplished the first two, you must give up everything. You must give up your current school, your family, your soul, you mind and your emotions.
And then you may become a student at the school that teaches shadow. There are some rare cases though were a child is born with the natural abilities of shadow. Therefore they need not pass the above tests. They merely must begin training.
And so begins the game for your life.

So yeah. That's the School of Shadow (both as a title and as an actual school). The eleventh school in all of the Spiral (if you count Ravenwood and Wysteria doubling up on each other). It's not evil (like Malistaire), more of a..... shadowy kind of school. Along the lines of deception and and cleverness.
Here is the blurb about the school that the main character (Scarlet Rainbright) gets when she starts school.

‘You have been accepted in to the School of Shadow.
‘Shadow Wizards are experts at the game of intellect, challenge, and slyness. They are known to be straight forward and willing to make sacrifices. They are wizards who can know what comes next and easily outsmart their opponents with fairly unused kinds of magic.’

So, ta-da.....!
As given, it probably will be forgotten. Sorry guys. But I have ESTCI on my shoulders right now and my dad's pressuring me to write something original, not something based off of a video game.
Either way it'll be posted on Every Story. So you can read it there (along with all my other doomed pieces).
:(

Anyway, vacation is nearly over and a new year is right around the corner.
My new year's resolution?
TO FINISH WIZARD101 AND DRAGON QUEST! Oh, AND GET AN OFFICIAL HEADER FOR MY BLOG!

(Though I kind of already beat DQIX, but that game has such depth it's crazy. But flying a train is fun! But the grotto's..... ooh, the grotto's kill me!)

This might be the picture the header is built off of:
Or maybe I shall try again and try to get more rain in the background....

That was my INSANE day.
Along with baking buttermilk pancakes and pretzels (not buttermilk pretzels) with Emily Goldflame. We didn't even get around to muffin baking.
:/

Oh well, I think I'll change my blog template back to normal now.
:)

Happy New Years everyone, I'll see you all next year! (Cause it will me 2012 and all that).

Does anyone else find this rhetorical?

"Fine what rhetorical?"

Nothing.

"....?"

Ok moving on!
So the wonderful wizard101 author Sierra is holding  a contest. I was a little late finding out myself (dad, laptop... remember?) and the original due date was January first (her fan-fic-versary, as well as my wizversary [holly heckhounds, that's FOUR years!]). But it was moved to February first.

And I find that out seven minutes ago when I come downstairs after spending an hour on an entry!
Oh well, I don't mind. Now I have time to improve. And not feel stressed out.....

LIKE THAT'S HAPPENING!
MIDTERMS ARE COMING AND I'M FREAKING OUT!

Now, enough of that. Let's see what I drew shall we...?

I don't know how to rotate it. If you get neck-cramps tomorrow you may blame me.
C:

I'm not really good at drawing people.
Except for this one time.
Hey. This can be my picture post.

*Takes pictures*
*downloads pictures onto dying computer*

This is Aaliyah from Escape to Chain Island (my ONLY good person I've ever drawn).

The scribbles, FYI, are me trying to fix the stupid colored pencil.

Oh, and this is my left hand (only, I'm lazy with nail polish I know). I hardly EVER paint my nails because I always find some mysterious way to mess up a nail and get nail polish EVERYWHERE! (Thankfully the last time was outside so....). The black stuff is called crackle or krakle or something. Or shatter.

Oh, wait for it. I've been addicted to this game called Dragon Quest IX (DQIX). And you see that little yellow star next to the words 'Adventure Log'?????
IT MEANS I BEAT THE GAME!!
Only to go have the super awesome ending where the screen goes black and the curly words of dread say at the bottom: To Be Continued...
>.<

Any one remember this? It has a picture too but it's a little out dated. So, just the name for now.

Speaking of Escape to Chain Island, this is the cover I made for it.
I have book cover for the other two (The Diamond Moon Plight and At the End of Pendulum Cave)

I drew this at my grandparents house. Don't ask what it's supposed to be cause I don't know.
C:

And the sequel to the above.

I would say this is by far the bets thing I've ever drawn. I did it in french class last year. Well, not true. I was in the french class room for a study hall after french class. But same difference.

This shows up repeatedly throughout the Spectrum Saga (ETCI, TDMP, and ATEOPC). It's the Symbol of Death, and if you look at it inscribed on iron you die instantly.
Boom.

The Poison Lily. Also from Spectrum Saga.

Ok, maybe I lied when I said Aaliyah was only bets person I've ever drawn. Fescia

PAUSE!
My dad just busted our microwave.
PLAY!

That was Fescia the Fire Queen. I tried to draw an Ice Queen but I FAILED to badly I put it through the paper shredder.

Ok. I'm not gonna lie again. THIS TOOK ME ALMOST SIX HOURS TO DRAW. No joke. So much erasing. So much editing. It's called Melting Moon.
Ugh.
My hand hurt so much afterwards.

=P

Anyway, I think I'm done.
Wait, actually not yet.
Hey Alex! I'm baking today!
^_^
Unfortunately not wizard101 cup cakes. I'm with a friend. She used to play (Emily Goldflame? Remember her?) but not anymore. So it would be slightly weird. Maybe next weekend though.

Drink Homemade Hot Chocolate While Reading This

So today is very special to me because not only is it almost the holiday’s, but this is that once ever 100th post. I know I should do this thanking thing for like a blogversary or something but I just can't wait! I just have to spill out all my gratitude now!
:)
So moving on, I’d like to give an extremely special thanks to long list of the following:

How can I not thank you? You're one of my best internet friends. Lots of people think you can't make friends on the internet but I'd like to disagree. You're like my... reading-writing-procrastinating-district 4 (deckhand-swabbing-waxing)-wizard101-cookie eating-random-Italy-storm buddy. First blog I found after I made my own. Your first comment ever was complimenting me on my first wizard101 fan-fic Aregentum Magia which I quite because it just wasn't working. Not to mention it was, honest to the Storm Lord (why am I swearing on a computer generated image?), it was also the third comment EVER on this blog. You're writing is also amazing by the way, and I'm waiting (as are many others) for the next part of your story. No pressure of course. Your posts make me laugh when they're meant to be laughed at and suspenseful when I read your story. Keep posting, I can't wait.
C:

I found you're blog fairly recently. I don't remember how, probably on the blog list thing on the side of others blogs, and I like to thank you for your funny posts and great drawings and wonderful story (I didn't even know Sylvia wore a Diadem, doesn't she? Oh wait, I know she has a crown of leaves or something. Aw heck, I don't know). I know I should be following your blog but the follow button is screwed up on every computer I seemingly get on. Some of your posts complain (hey, here it's not a bad thing) about a hard time and I wish you the best of luck from a storm wizard (which must be good cause you're a Conjurer). Actually, I don't have a grudge against myth people. In my noob years I did thanks to someone who said myth was storms weakness. But truth is I still have a gigantanormous grudge against Ducan Grimwater (thanks Mr. Know-It-All). I quote: "You survived!? I mean... that was fast!" and "That's what you get when you send a storm wizard to do a death wizards job." Thanks Ducan. (I'm sure Alex will agree with me!)

3) Alia Lotuspetal, Sierra Winterbreeze, and Kestrel Shadowthistle
Sierra's was the first blog I ever found. Thanks to her awesome story it inspired me to write my own. Randomly searching her on google once (don't ask why, I have no answer) I got sierra boots and a blog post from Sierra's Story. It wasn't as big a blog then as it is today (even though she almost never posts) but we wait for her anyway because I'm sure she inspired many.
Alia's blog was the second I found ever via Sierra's and it made me laugh so hard so many times I didn't know what to do with myself. All in all she's a little like Caroline (in my opinion, no offense intended). She still posts now and again which is nice. I remember reading her story, The Most Powerful Spells of All, and I haven't read it recently and I wonder if she ever finished it? Wow, that's bad, I don't know. I should look into whether or not she finished it.
I know Kestrel doesn't post any more which makes many of us sad I know. She may come back, she may not, we never know. And lots of bloggers left this year. I didn't know half of them (though the blogger from Homework in a Graveyard [HiaG] was a pretty big goodbye). Kestrel was also a good writer though she never wrote long stories and never finished her wizard101 fan-fic she started around the time Celestia came out.
I thank all three of them.

4) Amber Rosepetal (The Crazy Lady) and Justin Shadowblade
I don't remember when, but I lost track of Amber's blog when out computer when bazerk and now she has so many it's hard to count. I'd like to thank her for just being there in the back. She followed my second blog (Emma's Crayon Box) the day after I made it. Thanks Amber.
I don't know Justin but he's there, I know he is. I couldn't find a way to his blog or if he even has one. No link appeared and I tried to about ten minutes to find it and FAILED. Sorry Justin. Either way, he was the second following on ECB so I have to thank him. Thanks Justin.

Cori's blog is the most recent one of all (also found via blog roll). I was little late to comment but I commented about three times in a row because I kept finding more things. And then five minutes later she had commented back. Her fan-fic is very creative and I'm waiting for part two. To think, Moolinda Wu had anger issues. We both like raw cookie dough (mines still in the freezer, I should get some). Me praising you and then you being so incredibly happy makes me happy too. It had a sense of logic to it though it may sound totally crazy. I love the part of your comment: "But anyway, YAY!! Thank you thank you thank you so much for reading! :D :D :D Thanks for telling me about the rushing-feel at the end, commenting etc. Your compliments made my day! (Well, actually, probably my entire week.)" And I thank you too Cori!

Lets see now... am I missing anyone?
* checks list *
Looks like I got everyone!

As a general, I GIVE A BIG THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO READS THIS!

Oh, and hey Alex!
Told ya!! (Realy cake right there, swearing on the Storm Lord again.) And I have no idea who that little kid is but, whoever made the cake should make the tree bigger if it's supposed to be Bartleby.

OH MY! I seem to have forgotten someone. How could I?
LUKE! I mean no offense to everyone else, but you have made me laugh, SO MUCH MORE than anyone else. The first thing you say most of the time makes me laugh. I won't see you for a long time because the PC can't run wizard101 anymore until a technically advanced person (*cough* dad *cough*) cleans it out. I owe you a lot and I think I can make up most of it when I put you in Generation WizBot (I did indeed. Not introduced quite yet you play a pretty major part). Can't thank you enough!!!

Now, how about a memorial slide show, shall we?:

First header. Don't know if it'll be the new one or not after the holidays.

Luke's house, what the heck?

SLACKER!!!

When I first saw these, for the longest time I thought for sure they were pencils.

Floating bat wings. And they're still there.

I love him, he is awesome. And he is storm. BONUS POINTS!

Well everyone, it's late and I have to get ready for school. I thank you all a million times again and again and I can't wait to get back on tomorrow (same as Alex, 80% of my life in front of a screen). Wizard101 is not just a game.
"That which can be imagined, can be achieved."

Laterz everyone!

Whoa, whoa, whoa!

Whoa.

And I can't tell you why, but you'll find out soon enough (in the next post I SWEAR IT!)

Anyway, I've been having a Brain Craze lately.

A Brain Craze is when your brain can't stop doing what you love, in my case it's writing. I keep getting all these new story ideas and I just can't stop myself!

So I promise, I'll post all of them up here. Just FYI, they may never be finished. Like Clockwork Dragon, hehe, sorry.
:(
:)

So here's what I'm gonna do:
I'm gonna take the CD page and turn it into my everything story page or something. So after you read this, check it out! I got a new story up there so you may as well check it out.
C:

Plus I finished my synopsis's for GWB.
Oh yeah.

Anyway, the second story you can read on the new page is called Rise of the Golden Knight and it's a wizard101 fan-fic. I just have the first part of the first part done and it's kind of an intro. It might be kind of sad and stuff but I'm sorry.

It's just an idea, and as I said, it probably won't be continued.

Now if you'll excuse me I'll go make that page then go read The Diadem by Caroline cause I still need to do that.
(Then I'll do my homework, clean my room, and eat.)

Laterz!

Boom

So this is short.
I've been home sick for the last two days.
=P

But on a good note I got the synopsis of GWB book three (THAT'S RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!) up on the Generation WizBot page. I may change it some, it's kind of undecided at this time but oh well. It's called Master of the Clockwork starring Suri Rain, Iridian Mistcloud and Alric Soulflame.
I'm gonna do my best to just wrap the whole thing up right then and there in the final book but who knows? I may get a new inspiration and boom! New story, on to book four.
:)

I also started a half wizard101 half original piece called The Clockwork Dragon which you can read chapter one on the page next to GWB and TBN.

And some sad news.
This breaks my heart to tell you but you deserve to know...

.........

MY DARN COMPUTER DOESN'T HAVE ENOUGH SPACE TO RUN WIZARD101!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm so sad right now.

*sniff*

So... so no.... no wizard101..... for.... for a long..... long........ time...........
=,(

OH WELL! More typing time for me!!
:/

Poor attempt to lighten the mood I know, I'm sorry but until my dad gets off MY COMPUTER and fixes the PC I'm stuck WITH A STUPID LITTLE NETBOOK WHICH ANNOYS THE HECKHOUNDS, CYCLOPS AND HUMOFROGS OUT OF ME!!!!!!

Pardon my outburst.

Pre-Epic Treat

You shall find out what Pre-Epic means in, well, I don't know how long. Depends on how lazy/active I am so, hold your horses (or whatever is closest) and read on!

So, as in a Pre-Epic treat, here is my crazy story:
I was playing Wizard101 (YES! I WAS!). I had to renew my member ship and I accelerated a little bit further in Dragonspyer onto the Forum, now I have to fight a bossy guy, and then I got on Fallon and quested a little bit with her. Level six already.
*sniff* They grow up so fast. Well, also seeing she's THE MAIN CHARACTER in GWB more or less (if you count Luke (who is yet to be mentioned) and Llewella).
Anywho, While first running into Triton Avenue I was suddenly struck with a genius idea.
At first I think: "New wizard101 fan-fiction?"
Then I think: "Nah, I already have one... two... three... maybe four going on right now so maybe this could be a half Wizard101 half original piece."

(By the way, one is The Decoder Champion, two is Finding the Five Bands, three is Taken by Night and four is yet to be named.)

So I came up with: Clockwork Dragon.

It has Wizard101 ideas but doesn't take place in the Spiral and doesn't use wizard101 terminology, therefore making it original.

I went through basically every wizard101 name in the book and came up with a name I haven't see ever!

Meet Brecken Nightthorn!

I actually had a a little trouble deciding what the hair should look like. There are only really, in my opinion, two good hairstyles.
ONE

TWO

Then I deiced between the names:
  • Brecken
  • Deirdre
  • Rowan
  • Suri
  • Taryn
Then between these for part-one for the last name:
  • Dragon
  • Ghsot
  • Moon
  • Night
  • Shadow
And last name part-two:
  • Cloud
  • Heart
  • Thron
I was tempted to do Dragonheart but I know a blogger/wizard who already has that last name so I'm thinking nah.
I also found a way to include past wizards Marissa Anvilheart (who used to be Anvilthorn but since 'thorn' is now in Brecken's last name I changed it) and Taryn Goldriver.

I also, not on Fallon and not on the story, started decorating my MFP again. I have a Tranquil Cottage which is all Mooshu themed. So in each room of the MFP I'm having dedicated to a different world. I have Dragonspyer all done and I'm working on Mooshu, but I don't have much to work with since it's all in a different house.
I don't know if I'll ever use the Sultun's Palace. It's cool and all but three houses is hard to juggle with one wizard. Not to mention you can't trade the SP and MFP cause then the SP would be on Grace's side (my life wizard).

But I did snap this cool picture. Might make it better and make it my header after the holidays.

(The gift is from the third day of wizards.)

Anywho, as I said, here is the Pre-Epic part of the post. Still can't tell you WHY it's epic, not just yet, sorry.
It's Chapter One of Clockwork Dragon.
:)

C:

It's short, and might be slightly awkward (and sad since I'm talking a lot about why some people are orphans, sorry if it's sad). But oh well.
Well, here ya are! Hope you enjoy!

Chapter One
No one knew my name when I came to the orphanage. I didn’t even know my name. I remember rain, clouds, and thunder but that was it. Nothing before that. My memory had vanished. All twelve years of my life gone. Gone somewhere where I would never find them again.
And then I was here.
The Colhgo Orphanage for the Young. It took me three months to realize that I was in a rural part of southern Canada. Though I knew no French and spoke, as the others said, like a child whose parents were British but grew up in America.
How I got in Canada I have no idea.
As days turned to months and months to years I grew accustomed to being discriminated for having white hair and not knowing why I was alone.
All the other kids knew why they had no parents. They came from poor families, burned houses, flooding homes, civil wars, and broken families. Sure it was sad, but what I thought was sadder was that I didn’t know where I came from.
People started calling me “The Broken Girl.” I don’t know why, but I didn’t really care. It was what I was believe it or not.
One day a new orphan came. A young Japanese boy of seven years. His family had died in the tsunami that had hit Japan. He had traveled here to live with his aunt only to find she had died from a stroke. So he had come here. He quickly joined with the group of boys who liked to harass everyone. Since he didn’t speak perfect English and had an extremely thick accent, when he first called me “The Broken Girl”, it had come out as: “Theaa Brecken Gurrrl.”
Everyone laughed at that. So they went along with his pronunciation until the name “Brecken” just took.
So in some ways, that became my name. I had a name again.
I wasn’t the only one picked on. Another girl named Taryn was also annoyed. She had been here since she was five. She was the same age as me.
The only joy I found was in small gadgets. Such as broken watches, circuit panels, springs, gears, cogs, electricity, anything. I loved taking them apart, putting them together, making something new.
The first time I ever created something new was a small toy mouse. It had taken me five months to get it right but I had done it. I had the gears and springs and plugs and didn’t use batteries at all. You had to wind it up with a little brass key on the back.
I loved to look at its silver bronze body and watch it scurry across the floor.
That was when I got my idea. Why not make other things?
I started collecting old radios, watches, wires, keys and anything else I could get my hands on. I created an alarm that went off when someone opened my door at night. A single wire connected to a switch I could flip on and off would affect several rods and joints that would cause a heavy nail to fall off the tip of the door when it was open, cause the person to cry out in pain and I would wake up. I was light sleeper.
And it was so much better than shoving a dresser in front of the door.
I reworked an old pocket watch to not only show the time when flipped open, but also give the user a choice of, 1) using a small mirror, 2) press another button to activate a small, sharp poker to, well, poke people with, 3) under the watch part there was a space for an engraving and to hold a picture, and 4) flip that up to reveal a compartment to hold a folded up note.
Basically it had three layers. First one had the mirror and watch, the second the engraving and picture, the third for holding the note. Pressed the lock button on the top to open the whole thing up five times fast to release the poker.
Pretty snazzy huh?
I carried to everywhere with me.
I had a total of five watches on me at all times. The first was the multi-manageable pocket watch around my neck, the second a ring on my finger, the third and fourth my earrings, and the fifth was sewed into my shoe.
Time was important to me you see. Lots of people take for granted, but only a small amount of time is given to each person on the earth, so we must use it wisely. I like to think I’m using my time wisely but I can’t say the same for some people.
I have big plans. Big for a 14 year old that is. 14 is a time in any orphans life when they wonder what to do because in four years they’re leaving. Yep, 18’s the limit, not the sky, sorry.
So I’ve been working on my résumé. As in, I’, working on my largest, most grand piece of work yet. The biggest clockwork anyone will ever see.
I call it the Dujutene Serpere. Or just The Serpent. Dujutene Serpere is just the fancy name for it that I came up with.
All in all it’s basically a giant, clockwork, dragon.

I got "dujutene" from that comment moderation thing. Like, please enter the characters below, type of thing. It's was actually responding to Alex's comment in my previous post so, thanks Alex!

Ooh! Idea!
No, not another story one, sorry for you, thank goodness for me.
:)

Since I never finished Argentum Magia (it was like 70 pages too! Not much but a lot for me a year ago) I kind of owe it to the people in the story who were in it and never got to see the end. (Like Alex, Amber, Heather and others.) So maybe I can put you in this one! You're names would be different since many of you have your own fan-fiction with you own names in it.
How about that? Comment to say if you want to be in it, otherwise I'll never know who you are. (Of course, I'll probably end up sticking you in there whether you like it not.)
:) :)

Anywho (I say that too much) I have to get off cause my mom has to print shipping labels and this is the only computer hooked up to a printer! So, yeah.
And I have to unload the dishwasher before I watch Once Upon a Time (an epic TV show) on at eight!

So, laterz!
(I remember when I used to end ALL my posts like that. I should start doing that again.)
:)

Laterz!

A Stew Pot of Emotions

Well, lets see......

I'm slightly angry cause my parents are making me do my homework.
Extremely happy cause there's are a foot of snow out side.
Crazy cause I want to go outside in my PJ's and jump face first into the snow.
Worried cause I'm wondering exactly how crazy I am to do that.
Withdrwarl from no wizard101 lately.
Anxious to get on wizard101 already.
Happy cause I have a birthday party this evening.
Frustrated cause my algebra homework is hard.
Confused cause I don't know what I'm doing on my algebra homework.
Tired cause I'm just tired.
Proud of myself cause I made two eggs with ham for breakfast this morning.
Hungry cause that wasn't enough.

Well that sums it up.
But I really do want to get on wizard101 today. Really badly. But I probably won't have time as I usually do because of, you guessed it, homework.

On a really ecstatically happy note I just finished the one of the best books in the world by the best author ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Clockwork Angel by Cassandra Clare. It's the first book in the series called the Infernal Devices. It's a prequel series to the series The Mortal Instruments (which consists of the books: City of Bones, City of Ashes, City of Glass, City of Fallen Angels and book-to-come City of Lost Souls.) The second book in the Infernal Devices is called Clockwork Prince. I'm gonna buy it on my kindle and read it in one day (what? I did it with the Clockwork Angel!!).

GWB is still (*cough*) being edited (*cough*) [Emma is being lazy] (*COUGH*).
Haha.
:)
Hmm.
I'm sorry. But school is long. I made a promise to myself that I would work on Escape to Chain Island over holiday break (I'm rewriting the whole thing) so I'll work on editing GWB too. Of course I have to first devise a evil genious plan to steal my laptop back from my dad who is ALWAYS on it....

What?! Who said that??!! Not me!! What are you talking about??!!

Anywho, I should get back to algebra, but first I shall make this blog holiday themed!!

Busy Bee

I am a busy bee.
So since I'm trying to raise money for my trip to Italy, my mom put out this notice saying I needed work and about three people responded.
That was week ago.
So in about half an hour I'm leaving to go babysit for two hours.
:)
And this holiday break I'm looking after some cats for our neighbors.
:)
And I might even have another babysitting job.
:)

Do I have a choice about wizard101? Yes, I do. Some of these days I'm planning to get up at 4:30 in the morning and get on super early and play then. Though since there aren't many people on that early in the morning I'll probably play on Fallon since she doesn't need tons of help like I do. Winstertusk is HARD when you're doing it alone.
At least I'm not crownless anymore.
8-)

GWB is in the editing stage right now. Also I'm working on draft two of Escape to Chain Island my non wizard101 piece. I've had three friends read it and they said it was pretty good. The first adventure line takes place over a period of three books and I have an idea for the fourth, sometime in the future when all the current main characters are, well, dead.
...
Anywho, book three's plot line is kind of iffy. I have the the beginning, the climax, and the general gist but as for  all the events leading up to it......................... let's just say I'm clueless.
Haha
Hmm.
:/

I'm in trouble.
But the beginning of ETCI #2 is going great. I like it SO much better than the first part which just jumped right into the plot line and everything. This one eases into it a little more. It also gives a more thorough background yet making it also much more mysterious.
I think anyway.

Anyway, I'd say more but I gotta leave. To where? To babysit!
Wish me luck!

See ya,

Once Upon a Time...

Well, first off, HAPPY EARLY HOLIDAYS!! Don't worry, I'll be wishing it again when the day is actually here.
:)

A have some sad news. I probably won't be on wizard101 until my holiday break. I know, excuses excuses. But I have legitimate excuses. School is good. I love it much more than last year. Last year compared to this year was horrible. ANYWAY, I've had some pretty huge projects taking up a lot of my time and my dad's been rushing me to finish them as soon as possible. Maybe I should listen to him.

I also got some crowns, just fyi. I spent 700 of them already. For one thing I stitched them cause I really don't like the Sultan's attire. So now I look like I'm from MB. I don't care.
:)
I was only on for about half an hour. But the other 400 crowns (you know, 700-300 [for stitching] = 400?) I used on a level 70 fire minion cause I needed him to defeat this dude in Austrilund. I got 17,000 some odd xp which is awesome. So 700 crowns not gone to waste really. But now I'm left with 7,100 or something. But hey, it's better than none which is what I had before.

THEN I moved on to the second '-lund' place. Nundrilund or something, I have no idea. I had to kill these Wild Claw things and they're life so I think: ok, life, no offense life wizards, but not that hard.
Changed me mind.
HARD.
and,
ANNOYING!
At lease the monsters anyway. Life wizards aren't annoying. But these things cast some pretty weird spells. Not to mention than when I got the screen shot, the spell, a life cyclops, was in a really odd position. Like a ballerina about to smash someone with a hammer.
Figure, it is! And that person is me!

Awwwwwwwwwwkkwarrrrrrrd!!!
But I killed the first 2 of 6 Wild Claws. That's all cool and stuff.
But not when:
Dora snaps.
:)

See ya!

Spit, grit, and a whole lat of duck tape...

1. I GOT CROWNS!!!!!!!!!! 5,500 to be specific. It's wizarding time!!
2. I made a new blog. Emma's Crayon Box, which is emmaswisdimaticalinsight.blogspot.com.
And yes, the web address DOES have the word 'wisdimatical' in it. I totally made it up about half an hour ago. I don't care if you end up not reading cause it's kinda a side thing apart from this and this is totally my main blog so.....

Anyway, I gotta go wash some potato's!!!!!!!!!!
